Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Some Adventure Row pieces are made or prepared especially for your order. Processing times vary by item, and estimated delivery timing is provided during checkout when available.
Will everything in my order arrive together?
Not always. Items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately. When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information as each shipment is sent.
I'm ordering for a vacation or theme park trip. How early should I order?
We recommend ordering with extra time whenever possible. Processing times vary by product, and carrier or production delays can happen. Delivery dates should not be treated as guaranteed unless Adventure Row explicitly states otherwise.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your item. Merchandise must meet the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns due to fit, size, preference, or a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return results from an Adventure Row error, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, you can request a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Sizing & Fit
Do all Adventure Row products fit the same?
No. Adventure Row brings together a wide range of styles and product types, so sizing and fit can vary by product. Always check the sizing and fit information on the individual product page before ordering.
What if I'm between sizes?

What is Adventure Row?

What are Adventure Row Outfits?
Adventure Row Outfits bring individual pieces together into complete, wearable looks. Instead of starting with a single product, you can start with an inspiration and see how different pieces work together to create the look.
Are Adventure Row outfits costumes?
No. Adventure Row focuses on wearable fashion rather than costumes. Some looks may draw more visibly from an inspiration while others keep the connection subtle. The goal is to create something you can actually wear for a park day, trip, casual outing, or everyday adventure.
Do I have to buy the entire outfit?
No. Adventure Row Outfits are designed as inspiration as well as shopping guides. You can build the complete look, choose individual pieces, or use the outfit as a starting point for something you already own.
