Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Some Adventure Row pieces are made or prepared especially for your order. Processing times vary by item, and estimated delivery timing is provided during checkout when available.

 

Will everything arrive together?

Not always. We work with multiple fulfillment partners, so items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately. If your order arrives in more than one package, you’ll receive tracking information as each shipment is sent.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time includes both processing and carrier transit time. Because processing varies by product, please check the estimated delivery information shown for your order rather than assuming every item follows the same timeline.

 

Where is my tracking number?

When tracking is available, we’ll send it to the email address associated with your order once your shipment is on its way.

Planning for a trip?

If you’re ordering for a vacation, park visit, cruise, or other date-specific adventure, we recommend ordering with extra time whenever possible. Production and carrier delays can happen, and delivery dates should not be treated as guaranteed unless we explicitly state otherwise.
